White Nancy


White Nancy is a white mould-ripened semi-soft cheese is made by White Lake Cheeses at Bagborough farm Somerset using milk from the farm’s own herd of Goats. The milk is thermised (heated for at least 15 seconds at a temperature between 57 and 68 degrees celsius) at the start of the cheese making process. The resulting cheese has a moist crumbly paste and a delicate lactic flavour.

Orders will be sent out Monday to Thursday on a ‘Next Day Delivery’ courier service to avoid being caught up in the weekend.  Should an order be required for Saturday delivery this can be done by special arrangement.
